- The role entails rapidly developing customer base in the assigned region, beating defined- sales- targets and helping enterprises ride the cloud. You will focus on managing P&L for your zone by developing your team and expanding our B2B segment. 

Job Role and Responsibility :

- Manager P&L for your zone

- Entrepreneurial skills to innovate processes

- Plan and execute Sales Strategies

- Team recruitment & management

- Ensured adherence to all rules and norms without any violation anywhere

Skill Requirements :

- Rich experience in agency development model for General Insurance

- Maturity to handle, recruit and motivate the team

- Should be able to take responsibility of monthly numbers and deliver the same

- Understand and align with the company policies

- Maintain highest level of business hygiene

- Strategize and constantly innovate

- Should be aware of the market developments

- Maintain good relationship with clients as well as insurance companies

- NIA certification will be added advantage

- Age up to 39yrs only
